Life Changing Foods
Thursday, September 3, 2026

11:00 AM to 1:30 PM 

We know that food is medicine. But, do we really know how to use food as medicine?

 

For example, eating 2-3 apples a day to collect bacteria, viruses, yeast, and mold. It also gathers impacted protein debris hiding in intestinal pockets. Never underestimate the power of an apple!

 

In this class I will prepare and discuss healing foods from Anthony William's book; Life Changing Foods, and we’ll learn the healing benefits of the dishes I make.

 

Menu:

Cantaloupe Smoothie

Sprout Spring Rolls

Spinach Soup

Mediterranean Tomato Salad

Caramel Date Chaga Shake

 

This is a demonstration class, finishing with lunch.

 

All classes are dairy, gluten and egg free and take place in my Malvern, PA home. My address will be emailed one week prior to class to registrants.

Healthy Eating on the Go!

September 10, 2026

11:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Healthy eating means being prepared with a little planning and meal prep. These meals are perfect for packing for lunch, a picnic or simply to have on hand when life gets busy.

 

This class includes a demonstration of 3 delicious meals, an easy dessert, plus lots of tips, ideas and inspiration.

 

Menu:

Veggie Collard Wrap with Green Curry Tahini Sauce

Chickpea “Tuna” Salad with accompaniments 

Socca (chickpea flatbread) with Hummus, Roasted Carrots & Dukkah

 

This is a demonstration class, finishing with lunch.

International Flavors Series

October 1, 8, 15, 2026

11:00 AM - 1:30 PM

I am a big fan of global flavors. Learning and teaching cuisines from beyond our borders opens up so many interesting and tasty options. 

 

Even still, we have to adapt recipes to our lifestyle. For example: Mexican without dairy or Chinese without soy or Italian without gluten, to name a few.

 

Plus other cuisines, lend itself quite nicely to vegan and gluten free if you know what to look for. Thai and Indian, for example. 

 

In this series we will explore Mexican, Chinese & Thai food. It will all be vegan and gluten free. 

 

Each meal will end with a fruit dessert.

Medical Medium Kitchen

In this class I will demonstrate a day of eating following the Medical Medium Lifestyle and discuss the various protocols and life-giving tools.

 

If you are suffering from any chronic illness or are passionate about prevention, this is the class for you.

ETHIOPIAN KITCHEN

October 29, 2026

11:00 AM - 1:30 PM

​This is my most popular class and fills up quick!

 

Let’s travel the globe through our food and experience the wonderful flavors of Ethiopia.

 

We will be making their Vegan Beyaynetu which translates to "a bit of every type.” Served on Injera, their naturally gluten free flatbread (sourced locally).

 

Menu:

Misir Wat (spicy red lentils)

Gomen (spiced Greens)

Kik Alicha (yellow split peas)

Atkilt Wot (potatoes, carrots & cabbage).

 

Berbere, a spice blend used in several of these dishes, has a 3 out of 5 heat, so if your tolerance is 1 out of 5, then this class is not for you. We will finish with tropical fruit for dessert.
