This is a 3-week series on Vegan Cooking. Whether you're a new Vegan (or curious) or a seasoned Plant-baser, these classes will inspire new ideas to try at home.

Each week we will make and eat these foods together. All meals are vegan, gluten free and organic wherever possible.
WEEK 1 Breakfast : Pancakes with Berry syrup; Healthy Hash Browns; Rejuvenating Smoothie Bowl
WEEK 2 Dinner : Socca : Savory Chickpea pancakes with cumin roasted carrots & parsley gremolata; Coconut Thai Curry; Roasted Veggie Salad with Creamy Chipotle Dressing
WEEK 3 Dessert : Blueberry Nice-Cream; Apple Cinnamon Crumble; Pineapple Coconut Donuts

In this class we will learn about the healing powers of food following and learning about Medical Medium's protocols.
I will make the food and we will all sample what a typical day would look like practicing this lifestyle.
Breakfast Morning Cleanse: Lemon water, celery juice, heavy metal detox smoothie.

Snack: Apples with Caramel Sauce
Lunch: Sweet Potato & Greens Salad / Spinach Soup
Dinner : Sticky Sesame Cauliflower served over Lime & Herb Cauliflower Rice

Dessert : Pineapple Coconut Donuts

In this 3-week course, we will cover some of the fundamentals and skills that are useful in the kitchen while we make and eat delicious food together
Week 1: Chicken tacos with salsa and Mexican Rice. Mixed fruit with chili lime for dessert
Week 2: Roasted Salmon with chimichurri and roasted veggies.
Week 3: Potato Gnocchi with creamy mushrooms. Simple salad
​
We will finish each meal with fruit.
All recipes are egg, dairy and gluten free and organic wherever possible.
VIRTUAL Back to Basics Series

In this 3-week VIRTUAL course, we will cover some of the fundamentals and skills that are useful in the kitchen while cooking delicious food together online.

I will send out the recipes one week in advance so that you can shop and prep before class. Option to cook along.
Week 1: Japanese Cucumber Salad, Vietnamese Summer Rolls, Cold Sesame Noodles
WEEK 2: Creamy Tuscan Chicken; Mashed Potatoes; Caesar Salad
WEEK 3: Spaghetti Marinara; Italian Chopped Salad; Garlic Bread.
