Life Changing Foods
Wednesday, March 4, 2026

11:00 AM to 1:30 PM 

Food can either prevent and heal disease or contribute to disease. In this class we will prepare and discuss food from Anthony William's latest book; Life Changing Foods. 

 

Menu: Lemonade, Honeydew Smoothie, Cream of Broccoli Soup, Pear Arugula Salad, Maple-Glazed Kabocha, Ginger Tea, Wildflower Honey Berries.

 

All classes are dairy, gluten and egg free and take place in my Malvern, PA home. My address will be emailed one week prior to class to registrants.

Ethnic Vegan Series

March 11, 18, 25, 2026

11:00 AM - 1:30 PM

This series is for anyone who loves an interesting, healthy meal and enjoys trying new things. These menus are all inspired by cookbooks in my kitchen and thus named after the cookbooks the recipes come from. 

 

Week 1 : Korean Vegan

I love the way the Korean culture can make a meal out of a bunch of side dishes, aka Banchan. No crazy ingredients. Everything can be found locally.

Week 2: Padma's All American

Padma Lakshmi travels the States for her Taste the Nation series and demonstrates all the flavors that have been brought here evolving American cuisine.

Roasted Squash in a Citrus-Garlic Sauce (Calabaza con Mojo)

Week 3: Ottolenghi Simple

Yotam Ottolenghi is a renowned Israeli chef that truly elevates vegetables with interesting, simple combinations.

Medical Medium Kitchen

April 8, 2026

Anthony William teaches us how we can heal using the right foods. In this class I will demonstrate a day of eating following the Medical Medium Lifestyle and discuss the various protocols and life-giving tools. If you are suffering from any chronic illness or are passionate about prevention, this is the class for you.

Back to Basics Series

In this 3-week series, we will cover knife skills and some easy recipes to wow your family and friends. Each week we will cook and eat together in my Malvern, PA home. All meals are gluten, egg and dairy free. My address will be emailed one week prior to the start of class.

Ethiopian Kitchen

This class was so popular in the fall that I decided to do it again!

​

Let’s travel the globe through our food and experience the wonderful flavors of Ethiopia. We will be making their Vegan Beyaynetu which translates to "a bit of every type.” Served on Injera, they're naturally gluten free flatbread.

 

We will make Misir Wat (spicy red lentils), Gomen (spiced Greens), Kik Alicha (yellow split peas), and Atkilt Wot (potatoes, carrots & cabbage).

 

Some of these dishes contain a fair amount of heat, so if your tolerance is 1 out of 5, then this class is not for you. We will finish with tropical fruit for dessert.

KOREAN VEGAN BRUNCH

In this class we will dive into the Korean Vegan's latest cookbook; Homemade, and from it we will make BRUNCH! Joanne famously veganizes Korean staples and Koreanizes everything else.
