Swedish Kitchen

March 20, 2024

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Eat like a Swede. We will make "gravadlax" cured salmon*, mustard dill sauce, cucumber + fennel salad and an almond tart, then sit down to eat this meal together. 


Back to Basics

Thursdays April 4, 11, 18, 2024, 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

In this 3-week course, we will cover some of the fundamentals of skills and classic recipes. WEEK 1 : We will hone in on knife skills and practice julienned, diced and minced in these recipes:


Korean Kitchen

April 24, 2024

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Korean side dishes are known as Banchan and they are a staple in Korean cooking. We will be making a meal out of some of Jessica's favorite Korean side dishes such as green scallion salad.


Vegan Kitchen Series

May 1, 8, 15, 2024

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Whether you're a new Vegan (or curious) or a seasoned Plant-baser, these classes will inspire new ideas to try at home. WEEK 1 Breakfast : Chickpea Frittata; Banana Oatmeal Breakfast.


A Swedish Fika

May 23, 2024

12:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Fika is a coffee break in Sweden that happens everyday. For this cooking class we are going to make a few desserts that are common during a fika. Semlor- a cream filled cardamon bun; Kanelbullar.


Korean Kitchen 2

May 30, 2024

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

The Korean dishes in this class include Myeolchi-muchim (seasoned dried anchovies), spicy soft tofu stew, collard greens Doenjang-bokkeum. Come and enjoy these different dishes so yummy!
