Ethnic Vegan Series

This series is for anyone who loves an interesting, healthy meal and enjoys trying new things. These menus are all inspired by cookbooks in my kitchen and thus named after the cookbooks the recipes come from.
Week 1 : Korean Vegan
I love the way the Korean culture can make a meal out of a bunch of side dishes, aka Banchan. No crazy ingredients. Everything can be found locally.

In this class I will demonstrate a day of eating following the Medical Medium Lifestyle and discuss the various protocols and life-giving tools. If you are suffering from any chronic illness or are passionate about prevention, this is the class for you.

Ethiopian Kitchen

This class was so popular in the fall that I decided to do it again!

Let’s travel the globe through our food and experience the wonderful flavors of Ethiopia. We will be making their Vegan Beyaynetu which translates to "a bit of every type.” Served on Injera, they're naturally gluten free flatbread.
We will make Misir Wat (spicy red lentils), Gomen (spiced Greens), Kik Alicha (yellow split peas), and Atkilt Wot (potatoes, carrots & cabbage).
Some of these dishes contain a fair amount of heat, so if your tolerance is 1 out of 5, then this class is not for you. We will finish with tropical fruit for dessert.

KOREAN VEGAN BRUNCH

In this class we will dive into the Korean Vegan's latest cookbook; Homemade, and from it we will make BRUNCH! Joanne famously veganizes Korean staples and Koreanizes everything else.
