2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
2 teaspoons honey
juice of 2 oranges
2-3 oranges, peel and sliced into circles
2-3 apples, chopped
2 bananas, sliced
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Optional: other fruits: kiwi, persimmon, pear; nuts and/or seeds; fresh mint
In a large bowl, mix together the pomegranate molasses, honey and orange juice. Prepare all of the fruit and add to the bowl. Mix together and pour out onto a platter. Top with nuts / seeds / mint if using. Serve cold or at room temperature.
